Core network Resolved

One of our upstream providers did not know / lacked to tell us that there was planned maintenance on the power feed of their cabinet in Dataplace - Arnhem. Dataplace engineers removed the power of their cabinet and as a result we abruptly lost the upstream connection. Because of the fact that we were NOT informed about this maintenance we could not initiate a clean shutdown to avoid any packet loss. The impact was partial packet loss mainly in the Asian region until the automatic rerouting was finished, that took about 30 seconds. For now this upstream provider is shutdown until we can confirm the maintenance has been cleared and we have good explanation on why we did not know that there was any maintenance planned.
